1- the RC time constant must be less than the periodic time of the wave at least 1 tenth of the peridic time
2- the maximum voltage drop on the resistor witch will leads to the maximum current through it mustn't exceed the power rating of the resistor & it shoud be in a reasonable amount
I'm sory I don't have a certain value for them, It will take some effort from you.

أنا ضعيف في الانكليزي
لم استطع فهم شيئ غير انك لا تستطيع الكتابة بالانكليزي

1- الثابت الزمنى RC يجب ان يكون اقل من الزمن الدورى للموجة حتى لا يأخذ زمن طويل فى الشحن يكون نصف الموجة السالب قد اتى عليه ويبدأ فى التفريغ
2- تأخذ فى الحسبان أعلى جهد سيقع على المقاومة ومنه القدرة التى تتحملها المقاومة ومن المفترض ان تكون قليلة نسبيا
هذا الموضوع سيأخذ منك بعض الجهد فى الحسابات والتجربة انا آسف لكن لا املك مخطط لدائرة جاهزة لكن رأيت الفكرة سابقا فأحببت ان انقلها لك

ملحوظة تقريبا الزمن الذى يأخذه المكثف ليصل إلى جهد المصدر المطبق عليه تقريبا = 4RC فى توصيلة مقاومة ومكثف توالى
