with this toolkit you can Backup and restore your database easily using wizards

if already have it ,

right mouse click on your database and select Backup ,complete the wizard and your done !!

if you want to restore a database enter MSSMSE again and under Databases right mouse click and select restore and specify you *.Bak file and complete the wizard
