والله اعتقد انه عندك مشكلة في الكود

you use dataset and data adapter and u drag the databaase tabel to the form and am sure thats the tabel not have an primary key

then the adapter cant genarate an delete comand

so the soluation is

make an primary key to the tabel and then darg and drop it in the form
