عدم تنفيذ الحذف

عملت برنامج بأوراكل والدوت نت بس لما أجى أعمل حذف للبيانات وأعمل حفط تظهر الرسالة المرفقة و ألاحظ أنة بيحذف من الفورمة بس ولما أجى أعمل تحميل يجبها تانى
