i wrote a service program then installed it on windows 2003 server using the .net installation utility(installutil.exe) the when i try to start the service i have the following message
The <service name> service on Local Computer started then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.
any one know any information about this alert reply me quickly plz

أرجو الكتابة بالعربية بعد ذلك فالمنتدى عربي ...
على العموم أحياناً تتوقف الService اذا كانت لا تملك صلاحيات كافية لتستمر في العمل ... بمعنى لو أن الService تقوم بفتح ملفات و كتابة ملفات على الHardDisk أو تقوم بعمل Connections على الInternet فربما لا توجد لها صلاحيات كافية على النظام الذي تعمل عليه ..
و حل هذه المشكلة هو أن تقوم بعمل user جديد في الSystem و تعطيه الصلاحيات الكافية ثم تدخل على
Control Panel\Adminstrative Tools\Services و تبحث عن الService ثم Right Click و اختر Properties ثم اذهب الى ال Log On Tab و قم بتحديد المستخدم الذي قمت بعمله لتعمل عليه الService ثم قم باعادة تشغيل الService ....
