مشكاة بمنفذ الطابعة

لدي طابعه من نوع hp deskjet 840c

حاولت تعريف الطابعه عدت مرات ولكن في كل مرة تظهر لي هذة الرسالة

This printer cannot be installed now because its drive

(you must use the supplied setup program to install this printer)

could not be loaded the drive or the INF file may be damaged

restart windows and then try again

تأكدت من توصيل الكيبل بطابعه وبالكهرباء وكل شي تمام من ناحية التوصيل

لدي القرص وعرفتها عن طريق device drive , add printer

لكن تظر نفس الرسالة

أرجو المساعدة في إيجاد الحل
