ما المطلوب من هذا السوال

السلام عليكم

لدي بعض الاسئلة لا اريد جواب لها ولكني اريد شرح للمطلوب من السوال لان لم افهم لاردائة لغتي الانجليزية

Write a program that uses four integer arrays , the arrays should be filled as follows : the first array should contain the numbers 1,3,5,7and 9: the secand should contain the numbers 2,4,6 and 10; the tird array should contain the numbers 12,14,16,18,20;the last array should contain the numbers 11,13,15,17,and19, Your proram will print all combinations form these arrays (for example , 1 2 12 1 one of these combinations 1 3 11 12 is not ) . Not that you should print the combinations starts from first array then seond array and so on . No repetition allowed . USE POINTER OFFESET NOTATION.
