مطلوبة مساعدة في برمجة بلغة الفيجوال بسيك

يوجد عندي خوارزميه وأريد تحويلها إلى برنامج بلغة الفيجوال سي أو بلغة الفيجوال بيسك6 أو لغة باسكال أو سي حيث أنني محتاج إليها بسرعة وهي كالتالي:
