لماذا لا أستطيع تنفيذ هذه الكويري؟

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ، أيها الأحبة..

لقد تعبت من البحث عن الحل لهذه المشكلة ، فبالله عليكم ساعدوني إذا كان لديكم الحل.

لدي جدول يحتوي على بيانات يتم تجميعها من المرضى. هذا الجدول يحتوي على أكثر من سبعين عموداً ، ضخم جداً.

لدي مجموعة من المرضى رفضوا المشاركة ، و بالتالي فالحقول السبعون كلها فارغة ماعدا رقم المريض ، و رقم مدخل البيانات في آخر الجدول.

ما أريده هو أن أستخرج أرقام المرضى الذين رفضوا الإجابة ، أي كل صف في الجدول يحتوي فقط على رقم المريض ، ثم رقم المدخل ، و بقية الحقول كلها فارغة.
