I can't install FlashMX2004

Please I need your help

While I'm installing FlashMX2004 this message appear to me:

"" D:\Install_Flash_MX_2004.exe is not a valid Win32 application. ""

Note: I have Windows XP OS

Please I want know what is the problem and how can I solve it????????
