What is the different between (OOP) Object Oriented Programming AND (Sequential Programming)?

لو سمحتوا مالفرق بينOOP و ال Sequential Programmig

Sequential programming as far as i know is an old way of programming where the the program's instructions were executed line by line ... so when you write a program the interpreter executes the 1st line then 2nd,3rd etc..
BUT
OOP canceled this concept as it allowed us to write code in a more structure way with functions and procedures... so that a line or a block of code is executed only when you need it... these functions and sub procedures include events(in Events-Driven programming) member functions of a class etc.
