How can display an instance of a table and null if that instance is repeated in the same table asshown in the attachment pic
DEPTNO, LOC, and DEPTNAME each row is shown once as long as the next row has the same entry.
eg. there is three employees in departement number 10 so DEBTNO is shown once and next 2 is null
