أرجو المساعدة اضافة ازالة برامج لا تعمل

عند محاولة فتح اضافة و ازالة البرامج تظهر الرسالة التالية:

mshta.exe Application error

the instruction at .... referenced memory at ..... the memory could not "written"

click ok to terminate the program

click an cancel to debug the program

و في كلا الحالات لا تظهر نتيجة ايجابية أرجو المساعدة و لكم جزيل الشكر
