U can use MSWord to read and write arabic.

you know.. try to change Input Locales and add the Arabic Languge in Default Input Lnaguage you know mmmm, you can find it inside Regional Options - Control Panel ... pla pla pla

صراحة افضل ان تكون بالعربي ليستفيد منها الجميع .. فاسمح لي أخي mojahedah

يوجد خيار في Control Panel وهو Regional Options من هنا تستطيع ان تضيف اللغة العربية اذا لم تكن من قبل مضافة ..

يوجد خيار في Language settings for the system وهو العربي تاكد من وجود علامة الصح عليه ثم اختار Apply ليتم قبول التغييرات ...

ويوجد ايضا tap اسمه Input Locales موجود في الاعلى من هناك تاكد من وجود اللغة العربية أي توفرها في Installed Services ...

اتمنى ان تكون هذه الخطوات تفي بالمطلوب...

Sorry, i forget something .. you know when you go to Control Panel then, Regional Options make sure if there is a check mark beside Arabic option then click Apply that's important step.. click Apply to set your changes.
