How can I start db java web app

And json

What is the WAR file

I had project last semester for a subject called agile software development

I was one of group of six our tasks to work on JavaScript part mostly and we needed to do some modification on the other part I didn't study most of the technology

Even the create db table on java class they called table maker

There was class creat cookies

Menu or the nav in HTML pages was created on filter class

They pass the data from database to html5 through the XML

We have to build ant files configure and build after any modification

Thankfully I passed this subject

I need help to understand this technology

thanks a lot about this information. can you provide me with some useful links that i might start with

specially the servelt what is it? why do we need it
