Dear Sir,
We are requested to deliver specific project in our faculty.. part of this project which we are of crisis with is the OCR part .
In a specific details we want a software (in MATLAB of course) which i can give it an image (Taken from our scanner which is "Canon LIDE 110") contain lines of words like the image attaches in this E-mail and recognize the letters (Capitals and smalls) ,words,numbers and spaces and save it to .txt file.
In a conclusion we want image to --> text (Software)

** Mandatory:
1. Using "Chain Code algorithm" in feature extraction vector
2. Using "KNN" as a classifier
3. Take the scanned image automatically from the scanner and send it to the program to work on it
Our Deadline is 24-6-2013 and it's so important to us ... i hope you reply to me very soon and i hope the answer is with acceptance.
