Write a class Point2D to represent point in 2-dimention.

Step 1:

1. Add static data member to have count of total number of objects.

2. Write three constructors (one default, two overloaded).

3. Write set and get methods (6 + 1 methods).

Step 2:

1. Write a method to calculate distance between two points in 2D.

2. Write a method to tell quadrant of a given point.

Step 3:

1. Write a method to calculate slope of straight line generated by two points.

Hint: m = (y2 – y1) / (x2 – x1)

2. Write a method to return equation of a straight generated by two points in form of:

y – y1 = m (x – x1).
