Job Description
Riyadh based IT Company requires presales individuals to promote IT Management suite which comprises: Help Desk, Network Monitoring tool, Active Directory Management, Workstation Management tool, etc.
شركة تقنية معلومات ترغب في توظيف مختصين للقيام بعرض وتطبيق أنظمتها التطبيقية والمكونة من: برنامج الدعم الفني، برنامج مراقبة الشبكات، برامج ادارة Active Directory، برنامج لادارة اجهزة الحاسب....
Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers to identify customer requirements.
- Present a live demo of the packages at customer site highlighting features of interest to the customer.
- After sales contract is signed install packages on customer’s server.
- Implement each package by applying proper configuration, setup user accounts and privileges.
- Train customer employees on licensed packages.
- Follow-up to insure successful implementation of the project.
- Submit a weekly report about the progress of projects
مهام الوظيفة:
زيارة العميل لمعرفة إحتياجاته
- عرض الأنظمة وإبراز ميزاتها للعميل
- بعد توقيع العقد مع العميل، تنصيب الأنظمة وإعدادها على سيرفر العميل
- تدريب موظفي العميل على كيفية إستخدام الأنظمة
- المتابعة مع العميل لضمان نجاح التنفيذ
-تقديم تقرير اسبوعي عن سير العمل
Skills
- Preferable experience in presales and customer support.
- Must be bilingual (Arabic and English).
- Age between 22-35 years.
- Must have good communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic to finalize and close deals with customers.
- Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
- Presentable courteous and hardworking.
- يفضل من له خبرة سابقة في عرض الأنظمة وتوفير الدعم الفني للعملاء
- يجب أن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية وتقديم العروض بها
- السن بين 25-35 سنة
- يجب أن يكون لبق ومقنع
- يفضل من لديه الحماس والتصميم لانهاء الصفقات مع العملاء
- لديه القدرة على العمل صمن فريق و تحت الضغط في فترات متقطعة
