تغير لغة النظام عند تشغيل برنامج معمول بال Qt

بحثت قليلا فلم اجد فى QT ما يفى بهذا الغرض

فى النهاية استخدمت WIN API وطبعا هى تعمل على انظمة الويندوز فقط
