فتح عنوان معين في ملف chm

السلام عيكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اريد اضافة ايقونة help الى برنامج لدي ولكن عند استخدامي للكود التالي يقوم بفتح الملف من بدايته وبكن انا اريد فتح عناوبن معينة كيف اقوم بذلك 

   if(evt.getSource()==help ){
       try
        {//D:\Third year\data project\desin\src
       Desktop.getDesktop().open( new File("D:/Third year/data project/desin/src/a.chm"));
}
        catch (Exception ex)
        {
        ex.printStackTrace();

Runtime.getRuntime().exec("hh.exe file.chm");
