استفسار حول دوال دلفي

السلام عليكم

حبيت استفسلر على بعض دوال الدلفي

في دوال في دلفي كبيره وحبب اعرف عليه اكثر او كيف يتم تعمل معها

مثال دالة :

هنا لعمل الدالة بشكل صحيح يجد اضتها كلها . الدالة مراح تعمل الى با نصف الاول
