Review the attached conceptual diagrams for the databases of four departments of Public University of Kanorado. Assume you are asked to design a single database that will include the information/data that now resides in the individual legacy databases. Answer each of the following questions:
a. Would you recommend the use of the hierarchy in the University view unchanged, the use of a modified hierarchy, or the elimination of the hierarchy entirely? Explain your reasons to convince the CIO to adopt your recommendation.
b. What other problems or issues do you see in the consolidation of the departmental databases? List at least three significant issues and describe how you would resolve them.
