مشكلة ظهور الرسالة في اكسس2007

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله ،،

تصادفني ظهور رسالة The transport failed to connect to the server في ارسال البريد علما بان الاتصال موجود ، عندما استخدم جهاز عليه نسخة اكسس2007 بينما الكود ادناه يعمل بشكل ممتاز على جهاز عليه نسخة اكسس 2003فهل المشكلة في الجهاز ام في نسخة الاوفيس هل من مساعدة او هل هناك ملف ddl اومرجع ناقص مع الشكر والقدير
