Salam Aleykom !

I have encoding problem, That i download PHP news letter program

It is multi language, But when i use it to send arabic news Letter

i face encoding problem that the Letters of message apeared as

strange look and i need to go to View menue and then select

( Arabic windows) encoding type, please how i can solve this problem?

That i need a program so so much, or can any one give me another one.

I don't know about the program you're using, but to fix the encoding edit the program files and find one following keywords:

iso-8859-1   

change it to   Windows-1256



or

charset = "...."

change it to charset = "Windows-1256"



or

encoding = "...."

change it to encoding = "Windows-1256"

or 

= "en_us"

change it to "ar"

كان علي التغير في ملف cls.php في المجلد include

ولكن كيف لي أن أجعل أسطر الرسالة تبدأ من اليمين إلى اليسار عن طرق الـ dir ?
