Sorry for writing in English because I don't have an Arabic keyboard here , I barely wrote the headlines in Arabic , The question is about if anyone can help me to find a java program that can capture a webcam , Actually it is the only one tool I couldn't solve yet in my final project , my project actually is about virtual classroom ,that maintain a webcam chatting and other features? so can anyone give a help please
