مشكلة عدم ظهور النتائج تحت بعضها

عبارة عن اظهار بيانات من قاعدة البيانات

لكن المشكلة بأن البيانات بتظهر فوق بعضها

وانا اريدها ان تظهر تحت بعضها

فما هو الحل؟
