مشكلة في تاريخ الميلاد

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ..

سويت داله تجيب الشهر واليوم والسنه

وحطيتها في select كيف اخد قيمتها في ال asp.net واضيفها فيا لقاعده ..
