Write Java program to manage a small library. The library contains number of items in which students are interest to barrow, read and copy for their study. Items may vary from books, magazines, reference volumes, compact disks, and sometimes audio and video tapes. The formal use-case is that a student enters to the library and uses a computer connected to library system to search for an item using item’s name or classification, and then the student may read the item in the library or may make a barrow order through meeting the librarian. From librarian prospective, library system should provide services such as: entering items, searching for items, and deleting items according to some criteria such as name, number or classification. Also library system needs to provide facility to organize barrowing and return operations. It should register barrowing date and barrower id, in addition of highlighting delayed barrowers. It is also vital to say that not all library items are available for barrowing; reference volumes and CDs for example usually are not permitted to be barrowed. Thus library system may need to check of barrowability of an item before permitting barrow operation. Additionally the last copy of a book should not be barrowable. Thereby, this system is expected to be as follows: -A student searches for a title in library’s items using a string phrase and the library system returns an array of match results. The student selects only one item and requests the librarian to barrow it providing his/her student’s ID. The system a check whether item is barrowable, is item available, and whether the student still within his/her maximum allowed number of items. If ok, item is signed as barrowed, student is registered as barrower of that item, and return date is set to be 10 days from current system date. -On return item is signed not barrowed, set barrower and return date to null. -A librarian uses system menu to choose its available services which includes add items, and delete items, noting that it should not be possible to delete an item which is marked as barrowed. -Obviously, items data and barrowing operation should be saved even if computer is turned off. -For your convenient you may only register student’s ID as barrower and no need to develop complete subsystem to handle students’ data and operations as this is a part of registration system.
