4. Select if the student is (full time / part time)

5. Number of the semester’s student finished so far.

6. Number of subject in each semester.

7. Code, Name, credit hours and mark of each subject.

8. Based on the mark specify the grade for each subject.

9. Calculate the GPA in each semester.

10. Calculate the accumulative GPA in each semester.

11. Organize the information in each semester.

12. Print all information in transcript format.

13. After running your program, print the final output including user entries.
