مارأيكم بمشروع z-monitor كمشروع تخرج

السلام عليكم

عندي مشروع تخرج باسم Z-Monitor: A Monitoring and Troubleshooting Tool for ZigBee-based Wireless Sensor Networks

فما رأيكم بهذا المشروع من ناحية الصعوبه ومتطلباته وفي ظرف كم يمكنني انجازه

هذه متطلبات المشروع :

1- CCIS Sensor network platform

2- TinyOS operating System

3- Java programming language

4- A computer

5- CC2420 Sniffer (available)

All tools are available in the CCIS dept.

وهذا الوصف للمشروع :

This project will be a continuation of a project currently being done in Level 8.

The results of this project will be integrate within the context of TinyOS 15.4WG and TinyOS ZigBee WG, which are two international working group making the implementation of the 15.4/ZigBee standard protocol stack.

The student that will work on this project will be considered as one of the authors of the code that will be distributed worldwide to other international universities and research lab.

The IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee protocol stack is a recent standard wireless protocol that has been considered as a promising technology for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). It particularly provides interesting features for supporting large-scale ubiquitous computing applications, namely power-efficiency, timeliness and scalability. In this project, we aim at the design and the development of generic tool/software for monitoring, maintaining and testing ZigBee-based WSNs.

هل تنصحوني بهذا المشروع ام تنصحوني ان ابحث عن غيره ولماذا ....

المشروع من وجهة نظري معقد. كانت لي تجربة مع شبكات wsn في مشروع التخرج و لم تكن جيدة جدا.

لكن انظر معي

1 ميدان wsn جيد جدا للبحث العلمي يمكن ان تستفيد كثيرا منه بالاصافة انه مازال طريا و يمكن ان تضيف فيه

2 لتتعب كثيرا لنقص المعلومات لكنك ستستفيد

اذا كنت متعودا على استعمال تلك الادوات التي ذكرتها فلا يوجد حرج ان تعمل فيه و الا فتجنب المشروع هذا

Development of an Online Course Portal for a campus

Description

This project aims at creating a Courses portal for a campus/organization. This allows registered users of the system to join a course available in the site and access the materials published for the course. People can register themselves as students of a course or Faculty for a course. When a person registers himself as a Faculty, an approval mechanism should be triggered which sends an email to the Administrator for approving the person as a Faculty. There will be an admin approval page where admin can approve the faculty members for the course.

The course home page should contain the title of the course and a brief description. There will be a discussion board for each course where students can interact, an announcement section, which contains the latest announcements, and a course content section which gives the links for the material available for the course. For faculty members there will be an extra link for uploading the course content in a zip file format. The course content should be html pages, which should be uploaded in the zip file format. There should be a mechanism for the faculty members to create a test for the course specifying the test title and a set of multiple-choice questions and duration of time of the test.

Proposed System:

The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach.

â?¢ This system maintains userâ??s personal, address, and contact details.

â?¢ User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface.

â?¢ This system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.

â?¢ Various classes have been used for maintain the details of all the users and catalog.

â?¢ Authentication is provided for this application only registered users can access.

â?¢ Report generation features is provided using to generate different kind of reports.

â?¢ The system provides facilities to track the all activities of faculties and students.

â?¢ System also track the feedback online.

â?¢ System provides facility to prepare online question paper, and has facility for online exam also.

â?¢ System also provides facility to upload and view material and material information.

â?¢ System provides facility to student/faculty for online query/reply.

â?¢ This system is providing more memory for the users to maintain data.

â?¢ This system is providing accessibility control to data with respect to users

فما رايكم بهذا المشروع ؟؟ هل هو مناسب لان يكون مشروع تخرج علوم حاسب ؟؟

وبالفعل حتى الدكتور بنفسه يقول المشروع ليس بالهين

الان تغير مشروعي الى ويب سايت ولكن اخشى ان لايكون هذا المشروع مناسب لتخرج طلبة العلوم

هل من يقيمك أساتذة داخل الجامعة؟ اذا كان كذلك فسال رأيهم لتحصل على أقرب الصواب

أما اذا كانوا خارج الجامعة، فحاول الانتباه إلىجزيية الbest practices وال أمممم نسيت.. تذكرت: human usability. يعني تفكر في كيفية تسهل البرنامج للاستخدام البشري بحيث يكون طبيعي

وهناك العديد من الأبحاث حول system usability لكن الحقل في نظري شبه مشبع

لكن اذا تريد ان تنزر للمشروع من المنظور التقني فماهو إلا صفحات ديناميكية ليس إلا..

وهذا الذي اخاف منه ان يكون المشروع في حقيقته موقع يستطيع عمله اي شخص اخذ دورة في برمجة المواقع ولاعلاقة له بتخصص علوم الحاسب بشكل عام

في الحقيقة الذين يقموننا اساتذه وهذا المشروع هو من طرح احدهم عندنا بالجامعه
