The .NET Developer will design, develop, test, implement and maintain web-based portals and applications that provide a wide range of capabilities.
We are looking for a Developer that will work closely with customers,
Business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Participates in major parts of systems life cycle with solution development, implementation, and production support.
Job Responsibilities:
• System analysis, coding and testing.
• Maintain and improve existing systems in C# and perform product customizations
• Handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
• Has no problem in traveling to other countries for annual team meetings, customer meetings & Business show events.
• Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements
• Source code maintenance including Websites and databases.
• Participate in project status meetings as required and provide project status updates
• Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement
Of the site and the business.
• Interact with business development and marketing team to understand the
Business requirements
• Provide effort estimates and prioritize tasks.
• Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements.
• Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due to any requirement or functional change.
Position Requirements
Skills / Qualifications Required: • Computer Science/ Engineer Graduate.
• Excellent English Language spoken and written. TOEFL or equivalent Certificate is plus.
• Min. 3 to 5 years Experience in real world web projects using .Net framework.
• Microsoft Certified ASP.Net web development using C#
• ASP 2.0 and 3.5 using Visual Studio 2008
• SQL Server 2005 database administration and stored procedures
• Experience with Web Services and XML.
• In-depth knowledge of AJAX, XML/XSLT, CSS and JavaScript.
• Excellent troubleshooter and problem solver.
• Knowledge of Relational database and OLAP concepts, specifically SQL Server.
• Crystal Reports experience highly desirable.
• Good knowledge with TELERIK component is highly desirable.
Knowledge of latest web technologies is required, as is a genuine interest
And passion for the web.
