اريد عند اختيار اسم الزبون يظهر لي جميع البضائع التي اشتراها

هذا ما عرفت تصميمة ويظهر فية جميع الاسماء وجميع المنتجات

ان اريد ان يظهر عند اختيار الاسم الاول المنتجات التي تخصة فقط

وليس كما يظهر في الكود التالي يظهر جميع بيانات الجدول الاول وجميع بيانات الجدول الثاني ؟
