You are asked to develop a web application using the Java servelet technology. The web application should have the following features:

1- Has a connection to a database (JDBC) that has a single table containing two fields: name, password.

2- Generate an HTML page that allows the user to submit his name and password.

3- Verify if the user name and password exist in the database and are correct.

4- Based on the database verification of the password and user name, a response should be sent back with an appropriate message stating the result (successful or failed).

You should provide your tutor with the source code of the servelet, the HTML pages and screen shots for two use cases: one when the user failed to authenticate and one that succeeds.
