طريقة وضع اعدادات ال Proxy في الملف app.config

عندي سؤال عن طريقة وضع اعدادات ال Proxy في الملف app.config

هذه الكودات موجودة في الملف app.config

ماذا يجب ان اكتب داخل هذا الملف لأعدادات ال proxy وأين اكتب هذه الأعدادات
