Implement a class Account. An account has an owner name, title, number and balance. Provide getter function for balance, and account_number.

Implement two methods Deposit() and Withdraw() that take the amount as an argument and perform the desired operation. Each transaction causes a deduction of 1.95 Dollar from the balance. Provide a method print that prints the account details.

Supply a default constructor and an overloaded constructor to set the data members. Also provide a lastAccountNumber variable that holds the number of accounts created in the session.
