Write a code using "for loop" to
create a Celcius vs. Farenheight table. The program will ask
users to give starting, incrementing, and maximum value of
celcius and make a four column table, as typically shown by the
out-put below.
This Assignment will be due next week before the Tuesday class.

Program creates oC vs oF table, and prints out-put in four columns.
Starting,incrementing and maximum oC values are inputted by user.
