انا مثلا كنت افتح موقع او منتديات فجاءه بدأت تطلع لي رساله :

علما اني اذا سويت تحديث اكثر من مره على نفس الصفحه تفتح معي
ما الحل تكفووووووووووووووووون والله تعبت وانا احاول
