Software tester is needed for an Egyptian, Saudi IT Company based in Cairo:
Qualifications:
* Understanding of testing methodologies. * Analytical Skills is a must. * 2-3 years experience as a software tester or technical support. * Ability to read, analyze and interpret functional and technical systems requirements. * Logical thinking and attention to details. * Good command of English language. * Good communication and writing skills. * Knowledge of financial applications (Accounting software) is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Testing companies'' software and applications & comparing to specifications and documentation thus making sure that it meets business & customer requirements. • Identifies, analyzes, reports and documents defects and problems. • Searching and analyzing errors, inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content. • Establishes benchmarks for program efficiency in both operating and response times. • Creates test cases and test data. • Creates and executes automated test scripts using testing software programs. • Reviews and contributes to software program documentation. • Assures that designed units are user friendly and flexible. • Assures system usability and flexibility. • Performs all types of testing (Integration tests, stress tests, process tests and release test).
