مساعدة في حل سؤال في لغة الاسمبلي.

-ask the user to enter the number of rows R and read it.

-ask the user to enter the number of columns C and read it.

-ask the user to enter a two-dimesional array of RxC unsigned integers. Element of a single row should be separated ba a single space and each row is read in a new line.

-print the entered array in a new line printing also its entred dimesions.

-ask the user to enter a row number.

print the selcted row.

-print the sum of the element of the selected row.

Note : do not use multiplication instuction in your solution.
