Please i want to ask about the best technique to validate the form in my website before i click "submit", for example if the user enter the email in wrong format an error message appears immediately, and i search that there are many techniques such that JavaScript and Ajax, are there any other techniques and what is the best of them?

There's an ASP.NET control called RegularExpressionValidator. It's the easiest way to verify the format of data entered in a form.
thanx a lot but i dont want to use the controls, if there is any other techniques??

Why not?
You can of course use your own self coded JavaScript to do it, but that's what the validator controls already do; generate JavaScript that does client side verification.
