electronic agenda (e-agenda)

To manage the timetable and schedules of staff at KUSTAR.

The e-agenda should display all the commitments (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) of staff.

Should notify staff of any important event in the near future.

Should allow to find free slot for staff who would like to meet altogether, staff should confirm.

Users should be able to interact with the system in an easy way.

Should be web-based with login and password.
