مطلوب 16 مبرمج جافا (سوفت وير) محترفين للعمل في دبي ولا مانع لو كان المتقدمين من خارج الامارات ، 10 منهم مبرمجين و 6 منهم مبرمجين senior
و بشرط اجادة اللغة الانكليزية كتابة و محادثة و قراءة
العمل سيكون مع دئرة حكومية ، و سيعمل المبرمجين كفريق لتطوير برامج الدائرة الحكومية المعنية
ارجو من المتقدمين تطابق خبراتهم بالضبط مع المطلوب أدناه لانه عدم توفر شرط من الشروط ادناه يعني ما نقدر نقدم طلبه للدائرة المعنية،، لانه سيتم اجراء اربعة امتحانات قبل التوظيف و لازم كون قدمت المبرمجين الؤهلين خلال اسبوع
هذا العمل فيه مستقبل و تطوير لخبرات المبرمج و سيكون له مرجع قوي في تاريخ خبراته حيث سيتم تطوير برامج كبيرة للدائرة الحكومية
الخبرات المطلوبة من المبرمجين
Principal Accountabilities
1- Leading a team of 10 – 15 of internal staff (contractors & permanent) as well as vendor consultants to manage and deliver multiple key projects.
2- Managing all design and development aspects of effort estimation, applying the world standard estimation methods, such as COCOMOII, Function Points during the different phases of the project.
3- Planning & scheduling: The Tech. lead will create iterations and development plans delivered in the form of WBS, assigning resources and creating task dependencies.
4- Solution & Systems Design:
a. Creating the Design Document (HLD/LLD) for the project and conducting design sessions with the team to come up with use case realizations and domain model.
b. Reviews the design with the design board and obtains their acceptance.
c. Coordinate with the architecture team on the implementation details for the solution.
5- Monitoring and Follow up:
With development progress, environment setup progress, any pending issues with other teams (analysis, DB) and escalate to project management as necessary.
6- Quality management:
a. Design Review:
i. Ensuring that design best practices and patterns are properly followed.
ii. Continuously organizes design board reviews for own project as well as actively participates in design review sessions of other groups.
iii. Ensuring the design and implementation for maximum performance and best utilization of system resources.
iv. Ensuring that the best architecture is followed for the given case.
b. Code review:
i. Enforcing coding standards of DC, and use creative tools such as Check Style to check for compliance.
ii. Ensure that bug fixing and feature implementations are following the agreed on design.
c. Inputs review and filtration:
i. Actively participate in requirements walkthrough sessions.
ii. Requirements include SRS, EIS, UIS, SBS, Architecture document(s).
iii. Logging issues to the issues tracking tool, following up and closing defects against the corresponding work products including any possible arrangements or discussions with the corresponding parties.
iv. Coordinates with corresponding teams for the acceptance of software requirements.

d. Ensuring Unit Testing completeness & coverage compliance to DC metrics.
7- Coaching and mentoring:
a. Accountable for providing KT sessions to Team members as well as colleagues.
b. Strategically set the knowledge acquiring mechanisms for his/her team, and transfer knowledge across other development teams.
c. Organize knowledge transfer and lessons learnt sessions across development teams.
d. Carries out infield support and one to one sessions with the team members.
8- Participate in the management and support of Test cycles (SIT / UAT)
9- Scope management:
Always filters what is considered in scope and will be implemented from what is out of scope and needs to be treated as future plans or change requests.
10- Management / Project management Reporting:
a. Provide weekly status reports to line manager.
b. Ensuring that the project plan is updated on a daily basis.
c. Always reports good and bad performers.
d. Maintains high team morale.
e. Carries out regular performance evaluation sessions with the team.
11- Defect management:
a. Filter defects accepting implementation related defects.
b. Assign resources for fixing the accepted detected defects.
c. Ensure proper comments / marks are added as necessary by developers.
12- Deployment management: Supervise and participate as necessary in creating the Transition plan as well as the release notes.
13- Configuration management:
a. Ensuring that the project repository is created as part of the environment setup.
b. Ensuring that all design and development artifacts are on the source control repository.
c. Ensuring the tagging of the source on version control before every release or major milestone.
14- Methodology compliance:
a. Ensure the project development team following DC established SDLC processes.
b. Continuously provide feedback on the SDLC.
15- Technology stack selection: Decides the proper technology stack for the implementation, obtaining feedback from different participants.
16- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent with related technical experience.
