تحويل فيديو الى صور متحركه

السلام عليكــم ورحمـة الله وبركاتــه

كيف ان احول الفيديو المستخرجه من قاعدة البانات الى صوره متحركه حتى يتسنى لي عرضها او هل لي استعراض الفيديو مباشره

مع العلم اني استخرج امتداد الفيديو المخزنه في قاعدة البيانات

ضروري احد يرد علي او يفيدني من جد انا متطوره ففرجوا علي الله يفرج عنكم
