Lead small to medium projects. Develop core system components. Understand, reproduce, fix and test errors reported by customers or other members of the division. Solve customer technical issues (onsite or on premises) and writing status reports. Report to development manager all modules progress. Mentor developers.
Requirements: Bachelor's in computer science or engineering. 5+ years of professional experience in the software development field encompassing either/all the following skills: OOP, .NET, COM, DCOM. Experience in one or more of the following programming languages C#, C++, Visual Basic, or any other programming language that the company adopts in the future. Design patterns. Reporting tools (crystal report, reporting service..etc). UML Independent personality.
