Write a C program that reads 3 positive integers M, N and does the following:

• Creates two dynamic matrices of integers A_M*N and B_M*N.
  
• Reads the values of the two matrices A, B from keyboard.
  
• Add the A, B into a dynamic matrix C and print the results.
  
• Complete the following function that receives the matrix (A) and returns a pointer to a new dynamic matrix representing its transpose (A^T).
  

Hint: Converting a matrix (A) to its transform (A^T) makes A[j] element of A as A[j] element of A^T.
