عندي مصفوفة من بعدين أريد أن انشئ أخرى منها مع جعل الصفوف أعمدة والعكس من غيرعكس القيم

هذا التعديل المطلوب

جزاك الله خيراأسأل الله ان يجعله في ميزان حسناتك وهذا هو الكود كامل إذا أرادنا أن نجعل المستخدم يدخل القيم
