Scenario:

For the convenience of customers, Dhofar airlines follow its ticket reservation system on three different modes online, via travel agent and from direct sales centers. The system allows the customers to reserve, cancel and re-schedule tickets by using any of the previously mentioned channels. The system generates a confirmation report based on the availability of the reserved tickets.
