سؤال .. اتمنى الاجابه عليه سريعا

انا طالبه في الحاسب وعندي مشروع صغير .. عباره عن برنامج لـ hospital

حليت كل البرنامج وبقي لي جزئيه بسيطه حاولت فيه اكثر من مره وما ادري وين الخطأ فيه
