i don't know about this topic alot but i think merging 2 EXE programs is possible with assembly language this technique is usefull to make viruses

i'm going to answer you generally there are alot of compilers that i perfer over VC++ like : DV_DEV and DJGPP which are free and exellent compilers i don't know about CLI but i know that these compilers are good

the best solution to get a JAVA compiler is use the LINUX operating system the LINUX contains a lot of compilers including : C C++ PASCAL FORTRAN JAVA PERL PYTHON
