SHORT STORY
=============
If you have Windows Media Player version 7 or higher, you should
be able to unzip this file to your Windows Desktop (or another
area of your choosing) and view the video. Make sure you
maximize the Player or the video will looked scrunched up.

LONG STORY
=============

The videos are encoded for streaming video as Windows Media
Video files (.wmv). This is the new Microsoft streaming
video technology that increases the quality and the compression
of the video. However, I decided to not stream videos because
I want to keep the file size smaller by compressing them
into ZIP files. This also accomodates those of you who want the
service, but do not have a DSL, Cable or other broadband access
to the internet, or are hindered from streaming by a corporate
firewall.

Additionally, I've used a product called Camtasia to record
all of the videos. This is a "screen cam" application that
uses a special video codec for keeping the size of the videos
small and the quality crisp. This allows me to show a rather
large video (640x480) with a reasonable amount of bandwidth
(minimum DSL or Cable).

To view these videos, you should have the Windows Media Player
version 7 or higher installed. (SEE INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLING
THE CODEC IN THE SECTION BELOW).

Once you watch the first video, Windows Media Player will need
the codec from TechSmith, the producers of Camtasia. In most
cases, this will be loaded from Microsoft's list of known codecs
without any intervention on your part. In some cases, you might
need to download and install the codec yourself (SEE INSTRUCTIONS
ON INSTALLING THE CODEC IN THE SECTION BELOW).

Finally, the videos are large - 640x480. Therefore, you will
need a screen with a resolution of at least 800x600. Preferably,
you will be running at 1024x768 or higher.
